FYI-EBSCO/NetLibrary “no EZproxy after 7/1/11”

Dear eBooks Customer,

This week’s tip about eBooks on EBSCOhost is about authentication.  Effective with the transtition of eBooks from NetLibrary to EBSCOhost , on or near July 1, please note that EZ Proxy single sign on will no longer be an authentication option.

However, EBSCO offers a wide variety of authentication methods, from ID/PW, IP Address, Patron ID, Referring URL, Athens and Shibboleth, etc., any of which can be set up by administrators with access to EBSCOadmin. If you need assistance setting up a new authentication method, please use the support form linked below and we will be happy to help you.

Have a question?  Check out the NetLibrary Support Center on EBSCO’s Support Site, or drop us a line with your question using the EBSCO Online Support Form.
