Ex Libris recently announced the implementation of a new customer center available at http://www.customercenter.exlibrisgroup.com/. This will directly impact access to the Ex Libris Doc Portal. Current access will be eliminated (per Ex Libris) as of the end of April. A personal account needs to be created. PLEASE READ the appended message from Anat Kuper, Ex Libris VP of Global Customer Services.
The OLIS does not have any additional information other than what is indicated in the posting below. If you have any questions on this please contact Ex Libris at email@example.com.

Subject: Presenting the New Ex Libris Customer Center
Ex Libris is pleased to present the new customer center for the Ex Libris customer community, which will be launched tomorrow [date of posting was 4/4/2011].
The customer center will include a brand new and simpler platform for the documentation center, together with access to a range of customer services and the Learning Center. The portal will offer a single sign-on to EL Commons, eService and the new documentation center. By offering a single sign-on, and by gathering all the sites and services used by customers in one location, the portal will provide a smoother user experience for busy, professional users of our systems. The new documentation center in particular delivers an enhanced search functionality and easier navigation to help you find the items you need quickly and easily.
The customer center will be available at http://www.customercenter.exlibrisgroup.com/, or by clicking on the Customer Center button anywhere in the Ex Libris web site.
Initially, please log in to the customer center with your institution’s doc portal login details (not your individual eService account details). You may then create a personal account-using your institutional email address-which enables a single sign-on to the sites listed above. If single sign-on doesn’t work for your new account, please report the problem to email@example.com, but in the meantime, you will still be able to go directly to the various sites and log in as you always have. From the end of April, the current doc portal will no longer be in use.
We hope that you will find the new customer center easy to navigate, attractive, and useful for your day-to-day interaction with Ex Libris and its solutions. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
