fyi – Syndetics Performance 01 February 2008

We have been receiving reports of slow performance and intermittent “Server Too Busy” errors in the Syndetics service [cover images, TOCs, etc].

While we are currently working to address these issues, users may continue to see this behavior through the end of the day.
