If you attend this workshop you will gain a better understanding of our services and how to better use them at your library. Specifically, we hope you will learn more from your fellow colleagues and Serials Solutions staff through interactive presentations and stimulating discussion. Topics are to include discussion around: Serials Solutions’ knowledgebase, e-resource management and assessment, and e-resource access.
Other event notes:
· A special guest appearance and presentation from our company co-founder – Peter McCracken – is included as part of this workshop.
· A continental breakfast, lunch and a reception on Wednesday evening, October 24, will also be included as part of this free workshop.
· Thursday’s ½ day session, which is optional for workshop attendees, will feature breakout sessions for attendees and opportunities to interact with Serials Solutions support representatives and product managers.
