I emailed tech support this week regarding LexisNexis since I have not been able to access it remotely. They emailed me back the ezproxy config info and I passed it on to our network manager. Last night I confirmed that the product works correctly now. Here’s the message…
All, EZPROXY (Useful Utilities) has posted an updated configuration for use with LexisNexis. The current (old) EZPROXY configuration is not working with the new Academic product.
